How do I connect my bank account?

After signing in, click Connect Bank on the dashboard. You'll be redirected to a secure Basiq consent page where you can authorise your bank — we never see your bank credentials.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Bank credentials are handled entirely by Basiq, an accredited open banking provider. We only store a read-only snapshot of your account balances and transactions.

How often is bank data refreshed?

You can manually refresh from the dashboard at any time. To keep things reliable, refreshes are rate-limited to once per hour.

How do I delete an expense?

On the dashboard, each manual expense has a Delete button. You can also select multiple expenses using the checkboxes and click Delete Selected.
